Boston Whaler Stern Seat, Fits Classic 16'/17 Hull

Boston Whaler classic stern seat, will fit any classic 16' or 17' hull from 1961 to 1999 excluding Newport. This seat comes standard with four 12" stainless legs w/rectangle rail bases . The base made of 3/4" plywood with 1"x1" wood studs that span the length for stability. The backrest core is 5/8" thick ABS plastic.

Color Choices:

This cushion is made from UV resistant marine grade vinyl in your choice of

-Solid off white (match for 'desert tan' gel coat found on all 1977-appx 1993 hulls)
-OEM parchment (dark being) with brown piping
-Mid 1990's solid Boston Whaler 'white.'  Boston Whaler's mid 1990s+ 'white' is not a stark bright white and will only match with the Boston Whaler 'white' gel coat.  See last image. 

NOTE:  If you have a pre-1994 Montauk with the welded bow rail and plan on ordering the bow cushion now or in the future, you will want to choose either off white or parchment (the correct colors for your year range).  The Boston Whaler white bow cushion does NOT have the notches for the legs of the bow rail so it will not fit correctly.  


Please choose if you would like a 1200D Navy cover to protect from sun damage and excess water.

Note: EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN OPENING BOX WITH SHARP UTENSIL SUCH AS RAZOR BLADES, BOX CUTTERS, OR KNIVES. THE VINYL OF THIS PRODUCT IS EXPOSED WITHIN THE CARDBOARD AND VULNERABLE TO ANY PIERCING OBJECTS. CUT TAPE AT A PARALLEL FLAT ANGLE TO AVOID PENETRATION OF VINYL. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DUE TO IMPROPER HANDLING AND UNPACKING WILL NOT BE AWARDED A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Anchor to Foam Instructions

To install, place legs 10"-18" from each end of seat, drill pilot holes in hull, screw in using 5200 or caulking.

Dimensions: 59 1/2" wide X 19 1/2" deep X 13" tall (without stainless legs).
