I haven’t had the chance to use this new cushion out on the water yet, but it fits my 2005 Montauk 17 perfectly, and the snap fasteners line up perfectly as well. There was no need to drill any new holes.

Store owner replied: We need to see some proof of the dog ;)
Fit well...buttoned right down perfectly.
I’m not impressed. The quality is a distant second to the original OEM cushion.
Fits perfectly.
It's Perfect! You all were so speedy to get it shipped and delivery was so fast. It fits perfectly and we're so happy!!
Superb quality, product fits perfectly, fast and reliable shipping across the Atlantic!
Perfect fit. Came quickly.
Great experience. Thanks!
Decent fit compared to the OEM, but it is certainly a thinner product and lacks the embossed details of the OEM cushion.
Boston Whaler Montauk 170 Bow Cushion (Bright White)
Store owner replied: Hi Ian, Thank you for your feedback. We have all of our cushions listed as 2" which was standard on all the older boats. I believe as the boats started to get later in the early 2000s years BW started increasing the thickness. Unfortunately the sample cushion we got from the customer was 2" so we went with that. As for the embossing, only BW can use their trademarked name.
I ordered a new bow cushion for my 2005 Boston Whaler Montauk 170. The product exactly matched the online description in every manner. I would definitely purchase from Specialty Marine in the future.
