Classic replacement bow light lens (red/green). Will fit most Boston Whaler classic bow lights from 1958 through the appx 1984 (see images below. These will not fit the Perko bow lights used in Boston Whalers in the latter years.  Please verify your lens before ordering.

Dimensions: 1-7/16" wide at the base x 1-1/8" tall

Note: it is recommended to switch to an LED bulb for these lenses as incandescent bulbs may not shine bright enough to penetrate the darker red and green plastic

Store owner replied: Hi Joseph, Have you turned it on with a bulb yet? If so, the bulb may just be too dim for these lenses. We got reports years ago that they were too light with the LED bulb and shown orange so we darkened them up a bit but as you can see in the other reviews in the BL-1L lens listing and the BL-1 and BL-1S listing they are not too dark. Please send us a photo of the light on.

Item is as described, but either I’m missing a grommet, gasket, or other fitting to prevent the plastic lens from rotating during boat operation. Will likely put some weatherstrip sealant on the bottom of replace t lens to prevent lens from rotating. It would have been nice to include this workaround in description. The housing my vessel is OEM.
