Boston Whaler cooler cushion for the Dauntless, Montauk 170 (not classic), and others up to 2006. This cushion is installed on the NOW DISCONTINUED Igloo 72 qt. cooler that sits in front of the center console. This cushion is found on the Dauntless, Montauk 170 etc and other boats with Boston Whaler 'white' vinyl and grey piping cushions. This cushion is made from UV resistant marine grade vinyl. Loose male snaps are provided in the instance that your snap locations vary slightly. 5200 Marine Adhesive or screws can be used to install loose snaps if necessary.

The cushion is fine except that apparently due to Boston Whaler have several different snap configurations for the cooler cushion over the years , NONE of the snaps on this cushion are in the right location for my 2001 Dauntless 18’. So my cooler now has twice as many snaps on it as are necessary to hold the cushion on (all the snaps that fit the original cushion plus all the snaps that fit the new cushion). Disappointing, but not a major problem other than it not looking the best.

Store owner replied: Hi Kurt, Quick recommendation. You can remove your old snaps, clean the area up of any debris and dirt with a magic eraser, then use a small dab of 3M 5200 marine adhesive to close up the old holes so they are no longer noticeable
