Image and Content Use Policy

All product photography, product descriptions, and other content on specialtymarine.com are owned by Specialty Marine and protected by copyright. We photograph our own products, and those photographs are our property.

You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our photographs or product descriptions without written permission. This includes use on retail websites, marketplace listings, social media accounts, and advertising.

Fake websites using our photos

We are aware of several websites using our photographs without permission to sell products they do not have. Sites identified so far include OCEANACQ, MARINEOK, BOATSEATSUPPLY and PROSHIPPART.

If you have been charged by one of these sites, please report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and let us know at sales@specialtymarine.com. The only website we operate is specialtymarine.com.

Requesting permission

If you would like to use one of our photographs, write to sales@specialtymarine.com and tell us which image and where you intend to use it. We grant permission more often than people expect, and it costs nothing to ask.

Reporting unauthorized use

To report someone using our images without permission, contact sales@specialtymarine.com.
